In this 5-star book, K & A give us a look into the chilling life of a "debt collector" for seedy loan shark. One cannot help but be shocked by what Robert has done for his boss. The character of Robert is written magnificently as a man tortured by what he's done and wants to redeem himself. It's easy to feel sorry for him, especially with all the angst he goes through from day to day.

Initially a thorn in Robert's side is the determined young man who gets under Robert's skin. The awesome way K & A have written the charming young Nathan makes you want to get to know him as a person, not as an escort and be able to call him a friend.

I like the story a lot, even though I'm not into the whole mobster type of story. Overall it's very well written and I'd definitely like to see more about Robert and Nathan as they build their life together regardless of their pasts.

Well done, ladies. Well done. 5 our of 5 stars and a strong recommendation to all.
