This is the first novel I've read from Rick and it most definitely won't be the last.

I haven't read a lot of coming-of-age stories, but this one is the best. I understand all-to-well being a closeted high school senior with a (mutual) crush on the captain of the varsity wrestling team, who reminds me of Mike. Defintily closeted.

I was really into the drama club as a lighting tech so I can really identify with Truman, although my bullying ended when I entered high school.

Things turned really scary when out, loud and proud Truman's mother starts dating Mike's homophobic father (the one area I can relate with Mike over). I never expected to see that! I was like 'WTF???'

How does this page-turner, masterfully-written story turn out? Is it an HFN or an HEA? Read it and find out for yourself. You won't be disappointed.

If I could give Bigger Love a hundred stars I would, but I'm limited to 5 stars, so 5 stars it is and a must read recommendation.
